This comprehensive service includes creating a cohesive concept and storyboard, developing detailed floorplans, conducting venue walk-throughs, and crafting bespoke floral and tabletop design concepts. We also provide expert guidance on lighting design, and assist in selecting the perfect linens and tabletop accessories as well as venue design setup management day of your wedding or event.

This service provides expert assistance in arranging your reception tables with precision and care. This service includes the meticulous placement of table linens, china, flatware, glassware, menus, and napkins for up to six tables. Please note that this service is strictly for setup; it does not include design or selection consultation. Additionally, floral arrangement placement is not covered and should be coordinated with your chosen florist. A design assistant is required for more than 6.

On the day of your wedding or event, our planner will arrive one hour before the ceremony or event starts to oversee all final preparations. They will provide expert direction during the ceremony and offer one hour of reception coordination, managing the flow and timing to ensure your celebration unfolds seamlessly. This is for events of less than 50 guests.
