• Introductory one hour meeting upon contract signing 
• Unlimited email correspondence - direct line to your planner or planner assistant as you independently plan your wedding *
• One hour planning meeting at 6 week point 
• Creation of wedding timeline, and vendor contact list
• One hour of ceremony rehearsal direction 
• Day of coordination/ceremony direction 
• Planner and associate on site up to 4 hours day of wedding
• Additional hours may be booked at $200 per hour
• Planner and assistant arrive one hour prior to ceremony start
